SMS Terms & Conditions

Program and message types

Omaha Screen Co's optional customer service SMS program provides text messages about custom screen printing and related project inquiries, estimates, artwork approvals, invoices, order updates, and customer-service follow-ups. It is not a marketing or promotional subscription.

Joining the program

You may opt in by providing your mobile phone number and actively selecting the separate, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on our quote request form. Choosing “Text Message” as a preferred contact method alone does not enroll you. Consent to receive SMS is voluntary and is not a condition of requesting a quote, receiving service, or making a purchase.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiries, estimates, and orders. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan.

Opting out and support

Reply STOP to any SMS from Omaha Screen Co to unsubscribe. You will no longer receive messages through the program after your opt-out is processed, except an opt-out confirmation as applicable. Reply HELP for assistance. You can also contact omahascreenco@gmail.com for questions or to request that we stop sending texts.
