SMS Privacy Policy

Omaha Screen Co respects your privacy. This policy describes information collected through the optional text message (SMS) program for custom print inquiries and customer orders.

Information we collect and how we use it

When you request a quote or opt in to SMS, we may collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, quote or order information, your opt-in choice, and evidence of consent including the date, time, source, and consent wording. We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, coordinate artwork approvals, provide invoice or order information, send customer-service updates when you have opted in, maintain consent and opt-out records, and protect against misuse.

SMS consent and messaging

SMS enrollment is voluntary, separate from selecting a preferred contact method, and not a condition of purchase or receiving a quote. If you explicitly opt in, you may receive text messages from Omaha Screen Co about estimates, artwork approvals, invoices, order updates, and customer service. Message frequency varies according to your inquiries and orders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

SMS information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and mobile information are not transferred or shared with other businesses for their own marketing. We may use service providers solely to process communications and operate our systems on our behalf, consistent with this policy; these providers are not authorized to use your SMS opt-in data for their own marketing.

Retention and your choices

We retain quote information for the period described in our quote process, while evidence of SMS consent and withdrawal may be retained separately as necessary to demonstrate permission, honor opt-outs, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.
